During our physical therapy sessions, we focus on how to incorporate basic positions/stretches/exercises into daily routines. We are always focused on the comfort and enjoyment of the child and the caregiver, incorporating play throughout the session. We encourage the primary caregiver(s) to be present for the ongoing sessions in order to have improved understanding and follow through to progress your child at the appropriate pace. If hours of availability do not line up for all of the caregivers to be physically present, virtual sessions and written summaries are also available.
We are reachable for concerns prior to the next appointment via phone or email, and utilize pictures and videos to demonstrate these techniques. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Help us help more people like you! Shout to the rooftops about your child’s progress and how much you’ve enjoyed our services

My name is Dr. Nikki, and I have been practicing as a physical therapist for 7 years, specializing in pediatrics for 5 years. I am originally from Minnesota and have lived in Arizona for 11 years.
To determine if physical therapy is appropriate for your child, schedule a free 15-minute appointment via phone or video to discuss your concerns. This can also be performed in person after you have attended one of our classes.
The evaluation is an appointment that reviews past medical history, current concerns and abilities of your child, and goals for your child’s development. This is done in person or virtually and allows for a meet and greet of the therapist, child, and caregiver(s).
Ongoing physical therapy appointments review your ongoing and new concerns, the previous session’s interventions, and progressions and modifications to reach your child’s goal(s).
Attend our classes, with your child, to learn about your child’s development, practice hands on techniques that will help your child, and connect with other local families.
Do you stay awake at night wondering if your child is doing ok? Do you find yourself wondering if you are giving your child enough to advance their development? Does the term mom guilt resonate with you? Would you like guidance related to which toys will encourage vs inhibit your child’s development? Then you’ve come to the right place! At M&G, we want to prevent the need for physical therapy later on in life by providing education and tools early on to help your little ones progress through their milestones effortlessly.
