Dr. Nikki, a dedicated physical therapist with 9 years of experience, has specialized in pediatrics for 5 years. Originally from Minnesota, she’s been in Arizona for 11 years. Her passion for children stems from years of babysitting and nannying, and she was drawn to physical therapy after her father experienced a life changing injury. Dr. Nikki pursued her education at ASU-Tempe, earning an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, and later completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver, CO.

In her career, Dr. Nikki has treated diverse patients in various settings, including outpatient, aquatic, school and home health. She’s worked with infants discharged after just 1 day in the NICU to varsity athletes returning from injuries. Dr. Nikki founded M&G with a mission to share her expertise quickly and conveniently, with a large focus on mom guilt. She aims to reach families in need, offering mobile and virtual services to avoid disruptions and long wait times.

Dr. Nikki’s approach includes hands-on classes for families to understand their child’s development, strategies for success, and handling (“prehab”) techniques. She’s working towards nonprofit work to serve families in shelters, bridging healthcare disparities. Her classes are inclusive, encompassing children of all abilities, including those with special needs. Whether through private sessions or group classes, Dr. Nikki ensures caregivers feel confident in implementing interventions and helping their child thrive.
